HOLY WEEK is a residency and tour featuring eight creators from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Palestine, Ukraine, Romania and Taiwan. The project seeks to invent a new tradition that both challenges societal norms surrounding Easter traditions in Central Europe and responds to the growing need to reconnect with communal customs that have faded over time. Through participatory practice, HOLY WEEK engages local communities across the Visegrad countries, fostering a renewed sense of shared cultural experience.
